A lot of people want to be their goal weight by summer. I think everyone should push themselves a lot harder and say April. Saying summer gives you time to slack off, and you most likely wont be motivated the whole time. So…starting today, I am 153 pounds, on April 1st, I’m going to be 120 pounds. i’ve never loved a sport as much as i love basketball.
I’ve actually started running and I like it. Every night before starting tonight i’m doing 200 push ups, 200 sit ups and 150 squats. For some reason i like running at night.. i go around 5/6 pm. I like running when it’s dark…but that’s so not safe lol.
