I’m going to have a bubble bath and deep condition my hair, give myself a facial and give myself a mani&pedi. I think every person should have 1 day of the week where they do something similar to this.

Anonymous asked: In response to our "flab" on the bottom of your arm: I used to be like that too and was confused as to why ,until my dad told me you need to do a seperate set of exercises for this part of your arm. You can take weights and hold your arm straight up over your head, bend your arm to where you're touching your back and repeat. This really helps tone!
