Truth about splenda...
I see a lot of people misuse splenda, thinking its its 0 calories.. but its NOT! Technically one serving/packet is less than 5 calories, which meets FDA’s standards for no-calorie foods. Therefore they can CLAIM/advertise that they are 0 calories. But say you have 2 or 3 servings, Then that’s less then 10-15 calories. It just all adds up. I see this happen a lot when it comes to baking. People...

Don’t be fooled by all the machines at the gym, they’re useless and you dont need them. The only useful things are a treadmill, bicycle, dumbbells and barbells. You can run outside or buy your own bike, and buy your own dumbbells etc. It’s better than wasting hundreds of dollars every year for a membership.

Me having a torn ligament in my knee is just something amazing for me to work through to make my success story even better. Just because I cant walk doesn’t mean i can’t lose weight, i’m going to lift weights, swim and lower my calories for a bit. No excuses.
