I haven’t really been eating lately. For the past 3 weeks I barely ate anything. It wasn’t my intention to starve myself, I just wasn’t hungry. My dad was getting an MRI and mentioned to the person doing it that it was what I wanted to do when I’m done of school and they gave him a bunch of info and said that I can come in for a day and work with them!
It’s been 3 weeks since i tore my LPR and today i went to the doctor for an update and everything. My left leg has been in a brace since i hurt it and today he set the brace so that I can bend my knee all the way up to 30 degree’s! this is awesome cause i can go up the stairs now normally instead of one step at a time. TIP: Do not constantly take progress pictures. Only take pictures of your body every 2-3 weeks, if that. I’ve had the problem of taking too many, and now me weighing in at 137 today, i dont see a difference from when I weighed 145.
