Don’t be fooled by all the machines at the gym, they’re useless and you dont need them. The only useful things are a treadmill, bicycle, dumbbells and barbells. You can run outside or buy your own bike, and buy your own dumbbells etc. It’s better than wasting hundreds of dollars every year for a membership.
